My first large project with Atlantic Records was a surprise "Coldplay' show at the Hollywood Palladium.

I organized 16 PD and Contesting Winners travel needs ; flight, hotel, and show tickets.

Coordinating a 25 person dinner at Paley.

Bargained seating for a 12 person dinner at Craig's.

Scheduled drivers to pick up our PD's at the airport.

And worked on all expenses for event.

As well as organized our radio will call list for day of show.

Night of show, I was in charge of assisting winners and distributing tickets.

All of our clients and winners were so happy!
