Sum Sum Lee was created as a space to share my personal journey while encouraging others to step into their own. At its core, it’s about showing up authentically—embracing growth, confidence, creativity, and a sense of adventure.

What started in 2022 as a way to express myself has evolved into a platform centered around self-discovery, mindset, and living with intention. I aim to create content and moments that inspire others to explore who they are, try new things, and build a life that feels fulfilling to them.

This space reflects the values I carry into everything I do—whether through my work, my community, or my brand, Summerly.

I’ve expanded my work into happiness and career coaching, with a focus on helping others build confidence, find direction, and create a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. I’ve completed certifications through Transformation Academy in both Happiness and Career Coaching, which continue to shape my approach to personal growth and mindset.

I’m also the author of two books designed to support self-discovery, goal setting, and navigating everyday life:

  • In It for the Long Run (available in paperback, Kindle, and Audible)

  • Adventurebook: The Complete Guide to Adulting, Goal Planning, and Everyday Life (paperback)

These resources are an extension of my passion for helping others grow, stay motivated, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

I was invited to contribute to the Plugged In Parent Almanac, where I wrote about the importance of introducing children to live music and concert experiences.
The piece highlights how music can foster connection, creativity, and lasting memories for families.

The publication is available on Amazon.

I serve as an ambassador and volunteer coach with Girls on the Run, a program dedicated to empowering girls in grades 3–8 through confidence-building, social development, and emotional well-being.

Through this work, I help teach young girls how to embrace their strengths, build independence, and challenge negative self-talk—encouraging them to recognize and use their own “star power.”

Beyond coaching, I also support the organization through:

  • Fundraising initiatives

  • Coach mentorship and support

  • Event coordination

  • Community outreach

I was invited to return to my elementary school, Marion Earl, for Nevada Reading Week, where I read to classrooms and led a 45-minute assembly for over 300 students.

During the assembly, I spoke about confidence, dreaming big, and believing in your ability to achieve anything you set your mind to. It was an incredibly full-circle moment to come back and connect with students in a space that once shaped me.

The experience was both humbling and deeply meaningful—and a reminder of the impact that encouragement and representation can have at a young age.
