After struggling with my weight in high school, I committed to creating a healthier lifestyle—losing 30 pounds and, more importantly, building habits that would stick. What started as home workouts and hikes evolved into a deeper passion for fitness, including weightlifting, group classes, and exploring different ways to stay active and engaged.
Over time, I’ve built a well-rounded foundation in fitness through hands-on experience and continued education. I’m an ACE-certified fitness professional with a USREPS badge, and I hold certifications in nutrition, senior fitness, and weight management. My goal isn’t just personal progress—it’s helping others feel confident, capable, and supported in their own journeys.
Sum Lee Fit is my approach to wellness—focused on building a healthy, sustainable lifestyle beyond just workouts. It’s not about perfection or extremes, but about creating routines that feel good and actually last.
I’ve worked with friends and family, stay up to date on current research, and love encouraging those around me to move their bodies and take care of themselves. I’ve also explored a variety of fitness styles, including TruFusion, Barre, Orangetheory, I Love Kickboxing, Bikram Yoga, Basecamp, boot camps, and more—always looking for new ways to keep things fun and balanced.
Most recently, I joined the Burbank Kickball League with Next Fun Thing, adding a social and playful side to staying active—because movement should be fun, too. I also participate in 5Ks throughout the year.
My goal is simple: to help people feel good, stay healthy, and enjoy the process.
