Heart & Sole Season Wrap-Up

I had the chance to substitute coach for Heart & Sole during their final practice of the season, supporting the team during their practice 5K. It was an inspiring day filled with encouragement, movement, and celebration.

We also created goodie bags for the girls and led a thoughtful goal-setting lesson, helping them reflect on how far they’ve come and what they’re capable of beyond the season. It was an honor to cheer them on and be part of such a meaningful milestone.
