I was in charge of booking, facilitating, and managing an event for TIESTO at the AYU Dayclub at Resorts World in Las Vegas

My responsibilities included:

Booking flights for 42 winners across the country to stay at Resorts World

Communicated with the hotel to make sure our winners had comped rooms

Sent all winner itineraries including event info and tickets

Assisted winners day of to make sure event went flawless

Organized all expenses and reports
